| Brukernavn og passordUsername and Password |
|
Vær oppmerksom på at systemet skiller mellom store og små bokstaver i passord. Brukernavn kan skrives på flere måter:
- tidligere brukernavn - ekstern epostadresse (eks. ola.normann@online.no)
- kortnavn (aktive brukere)
- fornavn etternavn (Notes brukernavn)
- fornavn etternavn ansattnr (for pensjonister)
Glemt eller mangler passord?
Benytter du StatoilHydro-nettverket eller ConnectIT kan du selv legge inn nytt passord her.
Sitter du på hjemme-PC uten tilgang til det interne StatoilHydro-nettverket tar du kontakt med StatoilHydros interne IT Support på 51999222.
NB: Det tar opptil 2 timer før nytt passord virker.
Brukerstøtte IT-skrittet 3
Hvis du trenger hjelp til din IT-skritt 3 PC, kontakt 51991800 for hjelp. Note that the system differs between upper and lowercase characters. You can type your user name in four ways:
- Former username (e.g. ola.nordmann@online.no)
- Short name (current employees)
- First name Surname (Notes user name)
- First name Surname Employee number (retired employees)
Forgot your password
If you are on the terminal Server System (Connect-IT) or the StatoilHydro-network you can enter your new password in the StatoilHydro@home Name and Address Book here.
If you do not have access to the StatoilHydro network, please contact the StatoilHydro IT-Support (+47 51999222).
NB! You will have to wait up to two hours before you can log on using you new password. |
